Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love your new item(s) as much as we do at Sage and Wood collective however, we understand sometimes things can happen. Please contact within 24hrs of receiving your item(s).
We are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.
To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in it's original packaging. It will be at your own cost to return the item to Sage and Wood collective. Upon receiving the item is when a refund can be processed and funds returned to you.
Damaged items
All items leave Sage and Wood collective after being thoroughly inspected for quality and then packaged accordingly. It is unlikely an item will arrive damaged but in the case of a damaged item being received please contact us immediately at sales@sageandwoodcollective.com.au.
Sale items
There are no refunds for sale items. All sale items are final.
